A compact three storey building with a public roof terrace and a central patio blends in harmonically with the historic monastery of St. Piminsberg. The terrace, merging with the original landscape, forms a platform for various activities of the patients in the new centre for geriatric psychiatry. It invites to kinetotherapy in fresh air, allows for sunbathing or becomes viewing platform over the monastery grounds and the spectacular mountain ranges bordering upon the Tamina valley.
